My dad was a swimming coach (in his youth, he was multiple Hungarian national champion and a team member of the 1964 Tokyo Olympics), so I spent most of my childhood in the swimming pool. I also loved sitting by his side watching the swimmers during training as they transformed the monotonous movements into a miracle. This painting is a tribute to the swimmers' hard work.

This painting was exhibited in August 2019 at the 'Water Works' exhibition of the SOBO Art Gallery in Winter Garden, FL.
